Devi Sarasvati on a swan, her vahana. This motif is less common as a relief, but more common as a statue. In this case, the carver has also added a pattern to the back of the relief, which is rather unusual.
Note: I explicitly distance myself from the misuse of the Hindu swastika symbol, especially for political purposes. The image here has exclusive reference to Hinduism and the meaning of the symbol as a good luck charm.
